Sam knows this will be messy. In fact, he WANTS it to be messy. So he takes off his shirt and digs in.
The girls think they can be neat and dainty so it doesn't matter that they are dressed nicely. No pumpkin yuck will get on them.
Looks like it was fun. I can't wait for the pie!
